Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong. Go to bed by 11 pm, so that all systems can detox and recover from the day’s activities. Drink plenty of water to encourage the excretion of toxins. 

It is best to avoid eating preserved foods, red meats, animal organs, and sour foods like vinegar, oranges, grapefruit, gooseberries, pickles, and yogurt. Avoid bean products, fermented foods, and salty foods. No chocolate, smoking, alcohol, and coffee.
