Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong, and get to bed by 11 pm, so that all systems can detox and recover from the day’s activities.  Drink plenty of water to encourage the excretion of toxins. It is best to avoid eating preserved food, red meats, goose, duck, sheep, pigeon, animal organs, soy products, fried or smoked food, sour foods such as vinegar, oranges, grapefruit, gooseberries, pickles, and yogurt, bean products, fermented food, chocolate and/or food that is high in salt. No smoking or drinking alcohol and coffee.
