Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong. Eat balanced meals and avoid eating spicy, fatty, salty, greasy, or pungent foods. Avoid deep fried, heavily seasoned food with spices, unfresh seafood and other foods that stimulate sweating like curries. No chocolate, smoking, alcohol, coffee and cold beverages. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
