Easy sleep

I love Sleep Ease. I tend to go back to it when I find myself unable to sleep through the night for extended periods. It always helps to regulate my sleep, which I'm so grateful for. I may wake in the night but it's a gentle wake up and I can easily fall back asleep. Whereas before, I would wake up and be up painfully for hours.
