For adults, take 5 - 10 pills with warm water once or twice daily if needed. If taking other medications or supplements, allow at least 2 hours before or after using this product.

It is best to avoid pungent or heavily seasoned foods like curries and barbeque; raw or uncooked foods like salad and sushi; and sour foods like vinegar, orange, grapefruit, and pickles.
