For adult, as a dietary supplement, take 5 - 10 pills with warm water once or twice daily if needed. If taking other medication or supplements, allow at least 2 hours before or after using this product.

Often this formula doesn’t work fast or can notice the results right away, when a person had frequency of ejaculation, he would lost a lot of Kidney Jing. Having premature ejaculation, it can be related to stress, Digestive system issues, overusing the Lungs Qi, Kidneys Jing, Spleen and Lungs Qi deficiency, or haven't been able to rest enough or lack of sleep for a long period of time etc.

Suggested to find out the reasons/causes and address that as well, once those areas are addressed, it will start to build up the Blood and Qi and would be able to nourish the Kidney. By taking this formula, it will support the system to strengthen the Kidneys, but will have to give it some times for the Kidneys to build up the Kidneys Jing. 

Eat similarly portioned meals 3 times per day at regularly designated times. Best to eat meals at 7am, 12pm and 5pm. No raw or uncooked veggies. Eat fruit at room temperature. Eat LESS salty, spicy or heavily seasoned foods. For optimal health, strive to eat light, balanced meals. DO NOT drink cold or iced beverages.  Avoid coffee and alcohol. No smoking.

Avoid going to bed soon after eating. Allow at least 2 ½ hours between eating your last bite and going to bed. Be in bed by 10:30 pm and sleep from 11 pm to 7 am.  

Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong. 

Frequency of ejaculation should be limited to 2 times per week. Higher frequency will drain your reserves. Conserve your energy - do not overwork or over do any activity. When you feel fatigued or tired it is a sign to get some rest. 

Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. If any signs of discomfort or irritation occur, discontinue use and consult your physician.
