Eliminates cold & dampness, seasonal allergies; rhinitis, sinusitis, dry or watery eyes, sinus headache; relieves swelling & pain. Used to treat headache, nasal congestion, toothache, skin sores and neuralgia. Effectively prevents colds and corneal ulcers.
Root of baikal skullcap
Commonly applied in the treatment of diarrhea, dysentery, hypertension, hemorrhaging, insomnia, inflammation and respiratory infections. May include anti-cancer, hepatoprotection, antibacterial and antiviral, antioxidant, anticonvulsant and neuroprotective effects.
White peony root
May improve blood flow, pain, hyperpigmentation, and mood disorders. It might also help autoimmune conditions and increase estrogen levels. May prevent blood clotting, kill cancer cells, and act as an antioxidant. It is used as a tonic for blood and as a heat-reducing herb for the liver. Apart from nourishing the blood and neutralizing a hyperactive or stagnant liver qi, helps with abdominal pain, and muscular spasms, regularizing the monthly cycle.

It has the effects of cooling blood to stop bleeding, detoxifying and curing sores. It is for treating blood heat, various types of bleeding, febrile disease, polydipsia, damp-heat diarrhea and other diseases.
