No raw or uncooked veggies and fruits. DO NOT drink cold or iced beverages. Drink lukewarm water every 15 minutes. No chips, candy, crunchy foods or sweet drinks. For optimal results, strive to eat light and easily digestible foods like rice porridge, chicken broth, or ground pork oatmeal porridge.
Avoid exposure to wind/drafts or cold. Conserve your energy. Do not over do any activity. Rest more.
Allow at least 2 ½ hours between eating the last bite and going to bed. Try to be in bed before 10 pm and fall asleep at 11 pm to 7 am.
