Diet & Prevention
Eat similarly portioned meals 3 times per day at regularly designated times. Best to eat meals at 7am, 12pm and 5pm. No raw or uncooked veggies. Eat fruit at room temperature. Eat LESS salty, spicy or heavily seasoned foods. For optimal health, strive to eat light, balanced meals. DO NOT drink cold or iced beverages. Avoid coffee and alcohol. No smoking.
Avoid going to bed soon after eating. Allow at least 2 ½ hours between eating your last bite and going to bed. Be in bed by 10:30 pm and sleep from 11 pm to 7 am.
Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong.
Frequency of ejaculation should be limited to 2 times per week. Higher frequency will drain your reserves. Conserve your energy -do not overwork or over do any activity. When you feel fatigued or tired it is a sign to get some rest.
