Light exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong. Practice deep breathing using your nose not your mouth. Eat more protein from plants like beets, beans, avocado, or meats like chicken, pork, fish, turkey and bone broth. Try to wear clothes that cover your chest (where your lungs are located) especially if it is windy and cold. It is best to avoid eating uncooked (raw), spicy, or heavily spiced, greasy, and pungent foods. No smoking, drinking alcohol, coffee, and cold beverages.
