Do Not drink ice or cold beverages. It is best to avoid eating chips, salty, spicy, heavily spiced, uncooked (raw), greasy, deep fried, pungent food, seafood such as shrimp and shellfish, and chocolate. Avoid eating late, best time to eat is 7am, 12pm and 5pm. No smoking, drinking alcohol, and coffee. Try to be in bed before 10 pm and fall asleep at 11 pm to 7 am.
