Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong.  Get to bed by 11 pm, so that all systems can detox and recover from the day’s activities.  It is best to avoid eating uncooked (raw), greasy, and pungent foods, seafood such as shrimp and shellfish, spicy or deep fried foods, crispy cookies or chips and chocolate. No smoking, drinking alcohol, coffee and cold beverages.
