DO NOT drink cold or iced beverages. Avoid chips, sweets, and salty foods. It is best to avoid eating uncooked and cold foods like salad, sushi, smoothies, and ice cream; greasy or deep fried foods like fries and cheese; and spicy, pungent or heavily seasoned foods like kimchi, curries, and barbeque. No shrimp and shellfish. Avoid chocolate. No smoking, alcohol, and coffee.
Avoid eating late. The best time to eat is 7am, 12pm and 5pm. Go to bed by 10:30 and sleep from 11 pm to 7 am.
