Do light exercises daily to keep your body and immune system strong. Practice deep breathing using your nose not your mouth. Eat balanced meals with yin and yang foods and have bone broth. It is best to avoid raw or uncooked foods like salad and sushi; deep fried or greasy foods like nachos and french fries; grilled, pungent or heavily seasoned foods like barbeque. No spicy foods. No smoking, alcohol, and coffee. No cold or iced beverages.
