Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong. Practice deep breathing using your nose not your mouth. Eat light meals and keep your environment clean. Try to wear clothes that cover your chest (where your lungs are located) especially if it is windy and cold. Wash your hand often. It is best to avoid eating uncooked (raw), spicy, or heavily spiced, greasy, and pungent foods. No smoking, drinking alcohol, coffee, and cold beverages.
