Exercise regularly to keep your body healthy. Eat well balanced meals at set times daily. It is best to avoid eating uncooked and cold foods like salad, sushi, smoothies, and ice cream; greasy or fried foods like chips, fries, and cheese; pungent or heavily seasoned foods like kimchi and barbeque; and grilled or burnt foods.  No smoking, alcohol, coffee, and cold beverages.
