Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong. It is best to avoid eating foods that are uncooked (raw), greasy, salty, spicy and chocolate. Not to intake too many mango, cherry or watermelon.  No smoking, drinking alcohol, coffee and cold beverages. Do get to bed by 11 pm at the latest and sleep soundly through the night so that all systems can recover from the day’s activities. Soak feet daily with one cup of vinegar with one cup of water mixed.
