Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong. Sleep early and eat balanced meals on a regular schedule.
A low salt and low spice diet is recommended. It is best to avoid consuming raw or uncooked foods like salad and sushi; greasy, pungent or heavily seasoned foods like french fries and barbeque; and fish without scales or fins like catfish and shellfish. Avoid chocolate, alcohol, coffee and cold beverages. No smoking.
