Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong. Stretch your ribs to increase lung capacity. Stand upright with your back arched and exhale all the oxygen from your lungs. Breathe in slowly, filling your lungs as much as possible and hold your breath for at least 10 seconds then slowly exhale.
It is best to avoid eating uncooked (raw), greasy, pungent, or spicy foods, and chocolate. No smoking, drinking alcohol, coffee and cold beverages.
