Eat multiple, light, easily digestible, well-balanced meals that are high in fiber. It is best to avoid eating uncooked (raw), deep fried, greasy, grilled, pungent food, spicy and chocolate. No smoking or drinking alcohol, coffee and cold beverage. Avoid oily and fatty foods which create Dampness. Avoid spicy food which perpetuates Heat. Avoid alcohol which worsens both Heat and Dampness.
