Exercise daily to keep your body and immune system strong. Eat meals at regular times. Stay away from burned, fried, greasy, or crispy foods like chips and french fries. Avoid pungent or heavily seasoned foods like barbeque. No raw or uncooked foods like salad and sushi. Do not drink alcohol, coffee, and cold beverages. No chocolate and no smoking. Try to be in bed before 10 pm and fall asleep at 11 pm to 7 am.
