For adults, as a dietary supplement, take 10 pills once or twice daily if needed. If taking other medication or supplements, allow at least 2 hours before or after using this product.

Seville orange fruit
May treat epigastric or abdominal pain, indigestion, acid reflux, belching, foul breath, painful obstructions in the chest, coronary heart disorders, poor appetite, shortness of breath, gas, fatigue and weakness due to phlegm accumulation and Heart Yang Deficiency.
Atractylodes
It's used for indigestion, stomachache, bloating, fluid retention, diarrhea, loss of appetite, weight loss due to cancer, allergies to dust mites, and joint pain (rheumatism). It has a cleansing action on the body by clearing Heat, drying Dampness and promoting elimination via urination and bowel movements.
