For adults, as a dietary supplement, take 1-5 pills once or twice daily if needed. If taking other medication or supplements, allow at least 2 hours before or after using this product.

No shrimp and shellfish. Avoid chocolate. No smoking, alcohol, and coffee.
Wear clothing that covers the chest to protect the lungs. Wear long sleeves and long pants to cover the skin and protect the pores. Stay away from drafts and cold. Rest more and try to sleep from 11 pm to 7 am.

Lovage root
May support digestion, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. Commonly used to treat the early stages of diseases that affect the upper respiratory tract, eyes, ears, nose, throat, or skin by inducing sweating to increase the flow of sweat to our capillary pores, these herbs can expel the disease from the body and stop it from invading further.
Mint leaf
Soothing common cold symptoms. decongestant that might help to break up phlegm and mucus, making it easier to expel. Contain an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent.
