I found Silkie Herbs and Dr. Mickey Nguyen through a google search for supplements without binders/fillers. I'm glad I scheduled a consultation because it was really informative! Honestly, you can't feel if your spleen is good or bad. But this product is suppose to help it. Try it out. Your spleen cleans your blood so you have to whatever it takes keep it healthy.
