For adults, as a dietary supplement, take 2 - 5 pills with warm water once or twice daily if needed. If taking other medication or supplements, allow at least 2 hours before or after using this product.
Different individuals may experience different symptoms, including:
- Dryness (mouth, eyes, nose, throat, skin)
- Night sweats or irritability
- Excessive or disturbing dreams
Eat similarly portioned meals 3 times per day at regularly designated times. Rest more and stay away from wind/drafts, cold, or AC. Sip or drink lukewarm water every 15 minutes to moisten the throat.
No raw, uncooked veggies and fruits. It is best to avoid eating sweets; greasy or deep fried foods; dairy; pungent or heavily seasoned foods; pickled foods; and burnt meats. No smoking, alcohol, coffee, and cold beverages. No iced beverages including smoothies.
Allow at least 2 ½ hours between eating the last bite and going to bed. Try to minimize fluid intake after 7pm. If you get thirsty, just sip water. Try to be in bed by 10:30 pm and sleep from 11 pm to 7 am.

Dendrobium
Nourish yin and replenish body fluid, thirst and dry throat and mouth. It has the effect of clearing away heat, noisy, dull or burning pain in the epigastrium, light tongue with little coating and promoting fluid production.
Ophiopogon tuber
May reduce inflammation, skin conditions, such as eczema and psoriasis, may improve digestion, and boost the immune system.
Polygonatum
May promote the production of body fluid, clear Stomach Heat, relieve thirst, hunger with no appetite, dry stool, no coating or red tongue with little fluid, stomachache, distending in stomach, retching, and other symptoms caused by Stomach Yin Deficiency.
Anemarrhena
It has the effect of clearing heat, nourishing yin and moisturizing dryness, dry cough due to lung heat, hot flashes, quenching thirst due to internal heat, relief dryness of the intestines and have constipation.
