Diet & Prevention

The circadian time should be in deep sleep from 11pm to 7am for our brain, organs to recuperate.  Do get to bed by 11 pm at the latest and sleep soundly through the night so that all systems can recover from the day’s activities. Exercise with Qigong, Yoga or Tai Chi in the morning. Avoid consuming caffeinated products after 11am, or best completely avoid consuming caffeine. Don’t eat late at night, allow 3 hours after dinner before heading to bed. Eat well balanced meals daily according to a set routine. It is best to avoid eating uncooked(raw), cold, grilled, greasy, sour, pungent food, chocolate and/or shellfish. No smoking or drinking alcohol, coffee and cold beverages.
