Eat light balanced meals. It is best to avoid eating salty, heavily spiced or seasoning, uncooked (raw), greasy, pungent food, chocolate, shellfish, sour foods such as vinegar, orange, grapefruit, pickles, fried and spicy food and/or ice cream. No smoking or drinking alcohol, coffee and ice-cold beverages. In addition to a light diet with less salt, calorie control, exercise more.
